RMS Is Planning For The Future

Riverdale Middle School was taking a step forward towards the future on March 11th.  The 7th and 8th grade students were engaged in a wide range of career experiences and learning activities geared towards each of the sixteen different career areas.  Students asked professionals questions, solved career-related problems, and held small group discussions about possible future career plans. The 6th graders engaged in a morning of team and character building activities that lead to strengthening workplace readiness skills.   Riverdale School District is committed to preparing their students to be successful as they enter the world of work, and the career day empowered the students to take a first step in making that goal possible.
