The Drowsy Chaperone

This year, the Riverdale High School’s musical directed by Bob Manasco and choreographed by Sara Laufer is The Drowsy Chaperone, which has never been performed at Riverdale High school before! The Drowsy Chaperone is a musical comedy and a five-time Tony Award-winner. The musical will take place from November 16th-19th at the Middle School Auditorium. The main leads in the musical are Cassidy Kline as the Drowsy Chaperone, Ian Smiddy as the Man in the Chair, Alaina Heim as Janet, Adam Benoit as Robert, Maggie Kelly as Kitty, and Cael Hindedne as Mr. Feldzieg. Senior, Maggie Kelly, told us “The musical this year was so fun to learn! I have loved seeing the little pieces come together. I think it's a great mix of comedy and emotion!” There's been a lot of hard work and dedication put into this musical so make sure to buy a ticket and show your support!
