Rams Senior Night

On Thursday, October 20th the Riverdale Rams celebrated their volleyball and cross country seniors, at the final home volleyball game of the season. The freshman, junior varsity, and varsity teams won all of their games against United Township High School. The volleyball seniors Alivia Bark, Crystal Craigmiles, Alexis Polenske, Tara Smith, Kayleigh Hartson, Abby Bollinger, and Gracie Lonergan were all honored. As well as the cross country seniors Landis Musser, Peyton Sand, Brendan Zimmerer, Avery Mays, Tommy Murray, and Isaiah Winters. The seniors were celebrated with poster boards containing pictures of them throughout their sports careers. The volleyball girls also received senior baskets from the junior members of the team. Also, all of the senior mothers were all given a carnation to show appreciation for them. The volleyball seniors all wore their matching senior shirts and the cross country seniors matched in their team warm-ups. The Riverdale community is very proud of each and everyone of the seniors and all of the hard work they put into their seasons. Senior, Alivia Bark, says “We’re all sad that the season has to come to an end and that this was one of the last times we will ever play together. It’s all very bittersweet.”
