Football Senior Night Victory

On Friday, October 22nd, the Riverdale Football varsity team beat Sherrard with a score of 28 - 14 at home. It was senior night at the Riverdale High School football field. Seniors in the student section wore white, while other grades wore black. Seniors on the football team are Micah Ibarra, Nick Goodson, Caleb Jennings, Noah huizenga, Nolan Ziegler, Gage Hugart, Alan Stickler, Cole Jennings, Brady Rogers, Tucker Dwyer, Michael Benoit, Gracin Lennon, and Reece Richmond. Seniors on the cheer team include Kennedy and Kylie Klundt, Eden Swails, and Addie Winger. The cheerleaders cheered the players on to victory. Cheerleaders performed a senior night routine during halftime. The routine was choreographed by seniors, Kennedy, Kylie and Addie. The Marching Band also celebrated their senior night by performing their halftime show which included hits from Bruno Mars. Seniors in band this year are Michael Benoit, Dillin Bruner, Lena Hollowell, Carson Page, Braden Peterson, Brooke Strayhall, Kyan Stuart, Riley Tady, August Thompson. It was a very memorable senior night for all.
