Thank You Mr. Ron Jacobs for 26 years of Service

Mr. Ronald R. Jacobs was hired as Middle School Principal on July 19, 1994. At the time Dane Peterson was the Elementary Principal, Jim Boyd was High School Principal, and Bob Lagerblade was Superintendent.

Mr. Jacobs then became K-8 Principal/Associate Superintendent the 2004-05 School Year, prior to replacing David Bills as Superintendent, on December 21, 2006.

Ron also has been active in the Blackhawk Division Illinois Principals Association, River Cities Rotary, and served on the Illinois Association of School Administrators Board of Directors.

Ron retires after 26 years years at Riverdale, we all wish him and his family a great new beginning to the next chapter of their life.
