Teacher Appreciation Night

On Monday, January 30th, the Riverdale Rams girl's basketball team hosted a Teacher Appreciation Night in the High School gymnasium before the girl's varsity basketball game. Junior varsity started the night off strong with a win against the Orion Chargers with a score of 34-22. Before the varsity game, the players walked out with a teacher they nominated in front of the crowd. They handed them various gifts to show their appreciation for all of their hard work. The varsity team then went on to play a close but challenging game. Sadly, they could not come out with a win. The girl's basketball team’s next home game was senior night on February 6th to recognize girls' basketball seniors.
