Riverdale High School Hall of Fame Inductees

On behalf of Riverdale Community School District #100 we are proud to congratulate Doug Falk, Rebecca Campbell and Mick Kopriva for their election into the Riverdale Hall of Fame. They were submitted for consideration by individuals who sent a cover letter and a detailed letter of recommendation explaining why they should be elected. A committee consisting of 14 individuals carefully examined their credentials before casting their votes.

We will be honoring them on Saturday, February 1st, 2020. Beginning at 5:00 PM, there will be a small banquet in the high school cafeteria where we will have cake and refreshments. We encourage any and all family and friends to celebrate this special time. We will provide them with a commemorative plaque to keep and one to hang up in our Hall of Fame Case. This is located in the High School’s southwest wing, near the gym area for all to see and admire.

At approximately 6:30 PM, in between the Boys and Girls Varsity games, we will also recognize inductees in front our home crowd. We will be hosting an all day basketball shootout against Erie-Prophetstown in honor of “Geno” DeClercq. Our basketball teams will be competing for the Ole’ Route 2 Rivalry Trophy.
