Recognition ceremony at half-time of the boys varsity basketball game

Riverdale High School student council is proud to sponsor the 6th annual Military Appreciation Night on January 24th at the boys’ basketball game against Fulton. The Riverdale community is grateful for all the veterans and active duty military personnel who serve our country and would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank them for their dedicated service.  All service men and women are encouraged to attend (free of charge) and be recognized during half-time. Refreshments will be served after the recognition ceremony. To get into the spirit of the evening, fans are encouraged to dress in red, white and blue. Any Riverdale graduate with a 3x5 photo of themselves in military uniform is encouraged to bring that, so that we can hang your picture in our military hall of fame.  Please include the year you graduated and the branch of service.
