Riverdale High School Student Council is busy making preparations for our annual food drive. The food drive will be the week of Nov. 14th. Theme days will be as follows: Monday the 14th – Great Grains (cereal, pasta, rice, etc.), Tuesday the 15th – Canned Meats, Meals and Soups, Wednesday the 16th – Canned fruits and veggies, Thursday the 16th – Baking Essentials (flour, sugar, tea, coffee) and Paper Products (paper towels, tissues, toilet paper) and Friday the 17th – Free Day. 5th period classes are competing to see who can bring in the biggest percentage of their class goal. We will also have a daily winner for the class with the highest point total each day.
All food will go to Ann’s Helping Hands – who has over 120 families in need of our support. Give generously.
