The Riverdale Community School District Education Foundation was officially incorporated on July 29, 1991. This foundation is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization which has principle funds of its own, managed by its own trustees and is established to aid educational activities in the Riverdale School District Unit #100. The foundation was created and is operated exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes, and to maintain, develop, increase and extend the facilities and services of educational service opportunities to its students, staff, faculty and the residents of the geographical area which it serves.
