            D.    Approve David Bills as District Freedom of Information Act Officer.

 

V.   Action Items

 

            A.  It is recommended that the Board of Education consider an agreement for Internet Service beginning the 2010-11 school year.

 

            B.  It is recommended that the Board of Education approve allowing Riverdale High School students to enroll in dual credit classes at Erie High School beginning the 2010-11 school year.

 

            C.  Move to closed session to discuss personnel appointments and employment.

 

            D.  Return to open session.

 

            E.  Personnel

 

                  1.  It is recommended that the Board of Education hire Heath Franklin, as Asst. Baseball Coach, effective immediately.

 

                  2.  It is recommended that the Board of Education hire Kathrine Campbell, on probationary status, as High School Library Aide, effective immediately.

 

                  3.  It is recommended that the Board of Education approve permanent status for Jima Belton, Elementary Special Education Aide, effective 1/11/10.
