During the spring time, students at Riverdale are afforded the opportunity to participate in boys and girls track, boys baseball, girls softball and bass fishing (new in 2009). The track teams use the track at the Riverdale Athletic Field (six lanes, all weather). The baseball and softball teams have fields located on the north side of the middle school (1/4 mile north of the HS). The bass fishing team does not host any events at this time.
